You feel clear about what you do and who you help. You’ve identified a specific ideal client and feel ready to work with them. But you don’t understand why people aren’t buying…
When you have a potential client ask you for more information, you share your offer directly how it will help them. But they don’t move forward or end up ghosting you, which feels like a knife to the heart…
You feel desperate. You’ve been pretty consistent being visible and putting your offer out there. You worry your prices are too high. You’re doing all the things but feel like nothing’s working…
You’re doing the right things – this is the hardest part – you have to stick with it. You have one main offer. You know your ideal client. You’re gaining some interest.
But you have to be persistent and consistent with selling, your energy, creating urgency, and always always, following up.
80% of Sales happen after the 5th follow up.
You can’t just sell or follow up once.
This gets to be simple – It’s time to lean into selling what you know will help your people!
Find Your Ideal Clients: Where are your ideal clients? How can you reach more of them? Get creative and make a list!
Sell Every Day: You’ve done the work to create your offer and understand your ideal client. You believe your offer is the solution to their problem. Your main job is to get out in front of your ideal clients and sell it with all your excitement and value!
Follow Up: Whether it’s a cold pitch email or an interested lead, follow up with them. Again and again and again. Remember, it’s not annoying. When done with service, value, and compassion, you stay at the top of mind.
Mindset Work: Within the persistence of selling is a strong, focused mindset. Do the work you need to keep your mindset positive, focused on service, belief in your business, and the result you desire. Use tools like meditation, journaling, affirmations, reading, going for a walk, etc. to clear your mind and keep your focus positive on the end result. Remember to focus on keeping this part of the process light – don’t get bogged down in the follow ups, get creative and remember that the sale is in the follow ups!
In order for people to buy from you, they have to be presented with the solution to their problem (ie. your offer) and then reminded of it multiple multiple times until they will decide to buy. Some people are more impulsive and others more calculated and need more time. You may have a client book with you within days and another after years – the sale is in the follow up!
When you do this, the right people will warm up to you and your offer to help them make the decision on when the right time to buy is for them.
